Casa Fryzer was designed with many special Gathering Places for our guests to enjoy special moments and memories: relaxing and reminiscing with family and friends in one of our four indoor and outdoor living rooms, enjoying panoramic vistas from our patios, making late night s'mores in our "over the pool" firepit, stealing a romantic moment for two on a double swing, or simply finding self-reflection next to the garden Buddha.

A Resort Pool

Behold — the pool of your dreams — a custom designed 2000 square foot infinity pool wraps around the property affording breathtaking views from every angle. In pool spa, loungers, platforms plus swim up bar, seating and tables for food and beverage service so you never have to towel off! Over the pool are "floating" dining room and seating area with firepit are accessed via a stone bridge.

The centerpiece of Casa Fryzer is our Great Room where everyone comes together. Enjoy afternoon cocktails and snacks at the grand marble bar (that glows in the evening), vintage tastings in the Wine Room, formal dinners in the dining room, grab a book or magazine form the shelves, or have lively conversation in the living room.

Step inside our Hollywood-style Screening Room with cinema quality sound and video, comfortable seating, and an 8 foot screen to watch your favorite movies, TV shows, and sporting events. Enjoy fresh popcorn and your favorite beverage. In the outdoor living room, the screen pops up, and you’re watching your shows under the stars. State of the art technology includes Satellite TV, Apple TV, Netflix, Cable XM, and more.

Get fit with a friend is our motto! Our professional gym features recumbent bike, elliptical machine, treadmill, weights/bench, pilates reformer, yoga equipment, big screen TV, surround sound, TRX, and a stocked refrigerator. Finish up with stretches on the patio and a refreshing outdoor shower.

An Office with a Pool Table

All work and no play? Not at Casa Fryzer. Our "vacation" office lets you stay in touch with important matters, then take a break, open the sliding doors, and let the ocean breezes cool you off while you and your friends play a game on the professional pool table... or enjoy a challenging game of chess.
